- EvidenceAlerts (the page on which you can search DynaMed) is a useful service in itself:
- Free to register for alerts
- Only premier clinical journals are evaluated
- Articles are rated by physicians for clinical relevance & importance
- You can customise to only receive alerts from specific specialties, medical conditions or preferred topics
- Time saving in that you can receive a single regular alert email rather than having to keep up with multiple journals in your specialty
- On the setting page (when logged in), choose Peninsula Health in the PubMed Outside Tool area to ensure PubMed records have a link to Peninsula Health full text where available
- The site provides a high quality database of evaluated articles also
